Judy thank you so much for all of your help in finding us the perfect home. We have moved several times in our life but never from out of the country and with kids. Tom and I both were so stressed with all of the details before talking with you the first time on the phone.
From the first phone call you started educating us on the market in Arizona and then the cities that might be possibilities for us to settle in. You listened to what was important to us and our growing family. You put it all together and by the time we arrived in town it only took two full days before we were ready to narrow our search between three homes. You were even able to guide us on which house would truly be a home and the best resale all in one. You do know we move every three to five years.
Judy, you are our Realtor for life or as long as we stay in Arizona. Thank you for making this such a positive experience for our entire family.

Bob and Judy when we were told we would have to relocate in order for Brett to keep his job you know how upset we were. Moving to Virginia was never an option to me since I have lived my entire life in the Phoenix area, but I must tell you both that you have made this move as easy as can be.
Judy thank you for telling me what I needed to do to have our home sell for as high a price as possible in as quick amount of time as possible. Painting and getting clutter out of my home sure made it look better. You both held my hand while Brett was already in Virginia working. I thought selling a home with a four and two year old boys would be a nightmare but all was very easy and comfortable. Thank you Bob and Judy for all of your help and constant reassurance.

I want you to know you have restored my faith in Realtors Judy. After my last two experiences I thought every agent was after one thing and one thing only, a check for not doing anything. You worked your tail off for me and my family. You took my calls at 6:00 AM and even at 9:30 at night. Even when the Seller and their agent were impossible to deal with you were always professional and handled everything so well.
This could have been our most difficult move with Sue Ellen being 8 months pregnant but you even helped her find a OBGYN quickly, a painter for the nursery, a house cleaner, window washer, etc. I do think you must have the largest list of experienced vendors I have ever seen. You’re effort made this move so much easier.
Again this thank you is from our entire family, including our newest, Emily Ann. The boys really enjoyed their house warming gift and of course we enjoyed ours as well. This small gift of our appreciation is again and again and again a heart felt thank you.

Here we go again, on the move. We knew Bob and Judy you were the ones to sell our home. When you sold us this home we had hoped to stay in Arizona for the rest of our lives but as we never know what tomorrow will bring, here we go again.
